Short biography

A painter of still-life subjects and craftworker. Born Kathleen Slatter in Rhodesia, she was the daughter of a big game hunter. Upon his death in World War I, she was sent back to England and attended Cheltenham Ladies College, then the Simpson School of Painting in St. Ives where she met and married the artist George Bradshaw.
