Parkin, a Welsh painter and writer was born 1932 in South Wales. She is noted for her work on Nova magazine, as well as on newspapers and television in the 1960s.
Full biography
Her second husband was the artist Patrick Hughes whom she lived and worked with at their studio in St Ives, Cornwall from 1972. She now lives in London.
