Phoebe Procter

The daughter of Robert Morton Nance, Procter married Bill Procter, the son of artists Ernest and Dod Procter. She was the author of an Index of The Cornish Review. She became a bard of the Gorsedh Kernow in 1932, taking the name Morwennol, 'swallow' in Cornish.
